Chad Ochocinco has been fined 20 large by the NFL for flashing a dollar bill at an official during a replay challenge -- a joking attempt at what the Bengals receiver referred to as a “bribe"”-- in last week’s Cincinnati-Baltimore game.
In the age of Tim Donaghy, fake bribing a ref may seem kinda funny, I personally laughed, but you gotta be smarter than that. Wait, look who I’m talking about here. This is a guy who couldn’t even get the Spanish word for ‘eighty-five’ right. He’s so stupid he returns bowling balls because they have holes in them.
