TMZ is reporting that New York Giants legend Lawrence Taylor was arrested today for “leaving scene of an accident/property damage.” Taylor was booked and released on $500 bond. (tmz)
Probably no big deal, but at least it seems a tad better than the last time he was arrested:
In May 1996, NFL Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor was arrested in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and charged with attempted possession of crack cocaine. In an undercover sting, Taylor purchased fake drugs from authorities and was sentenced to community service.
C’mon L.T., how hard is it to buy crack that you get suckered in by an undercover sting?
