Usain Bolt the new Skeets?
Profootballtalk.com is speculating about the world’s fastest human Usain Bolt possibly making the jump to the NFL, ala Renaldo Nehemiah.
The thing is…95% of NFL plays aren’t 80 yard bombs down the field, which is the only time he would even potentially be useful. It takes Bolt a few dozen yards to get up to top speed and anything less would be putting a non-football player in serious danger.
Can you imagine nasty fuckers like Bob Sanders or John Lynch licking their chops at the opportunity of knocking a lanky Jamaican track dude like Bolt senseless?
If nothing else, this gives us the opportunity to post one of our favorite SI covers of all time.
