Look closely at this clip. Notice how Federer just slightly begins to nudge Nadal, but Rafael instantly puts his arm around Roger for him to shake the Chair Judge’s hand first…something Federer is not used to doing.
At that very moment, you can see Federer’s resignation about having just lost. He realizes this the first time in years he didn’t get to shake the judge’s hand last.
We’re not quite comparing the great Roger Federer to Ralph Wiggum, but that really sucks.
