A-Rod & Madonna sex tape??
A UK tabloid called the Daily Star is reporting that some dude is shopping a sex tape he secretly recorded at the NYC apartment Alex Rodriguez and Madonna used for their alleged afternoon trysts.
Apparently Madonna would gain access to the apartment which is owned by one of her Kabbalah buddies so her and A-Rod could hit a few homers together, this guy…also a friend of the friend…found out about it, broke in and set up a hidden camera.
That’s where the story flies off the rails, however. One of the tabloids ‘legal experts’ said:
“If footage was obtained in this way it would be an outrageous invasion of privacy.
“But more than that he would not have had his friend’s consent to install the camera and must have entered the apartment without approval to hide it. That is burglary.
“He would be prima facie guilty of voyeurism. Instead of making a million he’d be going to jail for a few years.
“Even if the video existed it would probably be seized by the courts.’’
Surprisingly, Madonna’s reps have no comment.
Looks like we’ll all just have to wait and hope.
