Ex-Longhorn stars struggling.
First, it was Vince Young and his shirtless frolicking with an all dude revue…then Ced Benson and his well-publicized problems with the Texas legal system and now it seems Tampa Bay QB Chris Simms has played his final game as a Buccaneer.
Simms is claiming his relationship with coach Jon Gruden is ‘totally broken’ due to some questionable comments Gruden made during the 2007 pre-season when Simms was recovering from a ruptured spleen.
It must be pretty difficult for a proud kid like Simms to go from a situation where your every single move is worshipped, to a league where your recovery from a ruptured fucking spleen…on the company dime, no less…is overtly questioned.
