Two NL Central closers can’t handle the pressure.

Both Jason Isringhausen of the Cardinals and Eric Gagne of the Brewers begged out of the exact jobs for which they are being paid princely sums.

It must be nice to puss out at the first sign of trouble, yet still collect a combined $18M.

That’s good news for the other contending team in the NL Central.
